The Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program has been reinstated effective Jan 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023

The PCR program allows eligible MN voters to contribute to a party unit or candidate for a state office and receive a refund of up to $50 per person ($100 per couple), once per calendar year. You don't have to wait for your tax returns! We provide the official receipt for your donation. Simply fill out & mail the easy PCR form to the MN Department of Revenue with your receipt enclosed to get your refund within weeks. Contributions made on or after January 1, 2023 and before December 31, 2023 qualify for the 2023 program.
